Although the epidemic has blocked going abroad, academic exchanges have not stopped. On November 18, 2020, the International Office actively organized the teachers from the Third Affiliated Hospital and the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of our university to participate in the CTG Seminar organized and hosted by the Executive Committee of the Tele-medicine Supporting Project in Kagawa University. Obstetric experts from more than 10 countries participated in the online meeting. The meeting mainly focused on the development history of fetal heart rate monitoring, the identification and significance of fetal heart rate monitoring, and the characteristics of fetal heart rate monitoring during labor, and carried out in-depth discussion on the clinical use of fetal heart rate monitoring in various countries. The seminar aims to strengthen fetal monitoring in clinical work and ensure the safety of the mother and theinfant.
In 2020, the COVID-19 rages around the world. Our university and our partners supported each otherand carried out friendly exchanges during this special period. This online conference not only enriched the exchange forms between our university and our partner, but also provided a direction for the new cooperative modes inthe future international cooperation.
